Recipe For Italian Meatballs

1.) 1 1/2 lb ground beef 2.) 1/4 cup parmesan chicken 3.) 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 4.) 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 5.) 2 eggs 6.) 1 tablespoon minced garlic 7.) 1/4 chopped onion 8.) 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 9.) salt and pepper for flavor Combine all ingredients (mix well). Roll into about 1-1 1/2 inch balls or the size that is wanted. *heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan *lightly fry the meatballs and turn them occasionally so they do not burn on the outside. *it usually take about 7-10 minutes to cook a single meatball.
